“ Yes, Just like I remember them form years ago. A Creole cuisine staple. If you have a fix for some amazing creole sausage you have to check this place out and take home a few lbs of each flavor. I had to get them all, great flavor and man when they are smoked on the grill it's the best. The chicken Andouille was fire, the bayou blend yeah buddy and you can't leave without the classics. They got the OG's in extra Hot-Mild. Get a little crazy wrap them in bacon, layer them with sauce and a few smoked Santa Fe Chilies and let the flavor bomb explode in your hot dog bun, red beans,chili,Stuffing, gumbo or crab boil. “ I came here back in 2016, it was the best Hot links ever, but my recent experience wasn't so good, I mean the food was good and the links were good, but they weren't great like last time. I was told the owner changed and everything, either way the links aren't as hot as they used to be and the old recipe was way better than this new one. The staff were very friendly and outgoing and made sure to explain everything too us, we loved the environment and the staff, the only thing was the links they weren't as hot as they should be and they old recipe was way better. “ Now this is a sausage company that specializes in homemade Cajun style sausages. They're only open a few hours of the day so I suggest if you're interested in picking up some freshly made sausages, that you set your alarm clocks early. They make the sausages fresh everyday. Once they run out they run out! I drove over three and a half hours to make sure I brought some of these sausages home. Today I purchased four of the beef sausage links and four chicken links. I must say the spices that they use in the meat is very strong. I always try and double bag the meat in a ziplock bag when bringing it home or else your whole car will smell like garlic onion and spices. Overall this place can do no wrong. This would be my third time getting sausage is here in LA and it is my regular stop before I leave. ”
